In what is termed as a major boost to Vizag’s Fintech Valley, Singapore’s Lattice80, one of the largest FinTech (financial technology) hubs in the world, has signed a MoU with Andhra Pradesh government to set up an incubator in Visakhapatnam. Lattice80 will not only start the incubator at Sunrise Incubation Hub but also agreed to offer their expertise in introducing various educational courses in Fintech.
The two-day FinTech Spring Conference being organised by Vizag FinTech Valley offered major breakthroughs for the state placing it on the world FinTech map. Fifteen MoUs were be signed by the AP Government involving several companies from India and abroad for Fintech promotion. What's more, 150 companies from across the world are participating in the FinTech challenge being organised as part of the Spring Conference.
