Whoever stocks the sand will be legally bounded and booked under essential commodities act. So now bring your Poclain, excavate the sand from the ramp, load it to your vehicle and take home.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in his video conference has conveyed the same to Ministers and Collectors. Government will discuss with Builders and other section of people and declare the guidelines by Monday. Chief Minister has asked collectors to take necessary measures that, sand should not be transported to other states.
