pwd grounds tirumala temple replica 27062016

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is going to construct a replica of the Tirumala temple at the PWD Grounds in Vijayawada for Krishna Pushkarams. The temple premises is going to come in 4.8 acres with a width of 82 feet and a height of 130 feet. There would be four queue lines, with around 500 mts each. The temple would be opened in all the pushkar days from morning 4.00 AM to Evening 10.00 PM.

Approximately one lakh people can do the darshan every day. The TTD will spend Rs. 1.85 crore for the civil works and Rs. 78 lakh for the electrical works, according to TTD Joint Executive Officer Srinivasa Raju.

The works are started on Sunday and this would be completed within 40 days.
